Hurtling thru space to an alien land, far away from our home
Our comrades left behind to die on a planet of the unknown
Our ship cannot make it back to our home, as we flee our prison in space
As we land we consider our fate and the fate of our human race

Apprehension - of our senses in fear
Superstition - of the voices we hear
Abduction - of our comrades who search
Substitution - they are not what they seem

Suspended in fear as one by one they disappear then return
Trapped on this planet, surrounded by creatures the human eye cannot see
Are they the same? Are they changed? How do we know who they are?
They seem to be dead but return from their graves to hunt us, and we cannot flee

One by one the sentries vanish, sometimes we find them deceased
We place them in graves but upon our return the graves are found to be empty
We are pursued by our friends, returned to life, with a sinister gaze in their eyes
Don’t turn around, don’t stand alone, or your fate will be realized

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max.
